  • 2 focus group room with seating for 12 respondents

  • 2 viewing room with seating for 10 clients, each with client lounge and private moderator's  office.

  • 1 multi-purpose room.  That can be used for taste testing (up to 20 respondents at a time), theater style testing (seats up to 50), etc.

  • One-on-one interviewing cubicles

  • Video taping

  • Catered food

  • Complete kitchen (3 electric ovens (12 burners), 2 refrigerators,  1 freezer)

Directions to the facility

From the airport (Logan International in Boston) follow the signs to Boston out of the airport and through the summer tunnel.  At the end of the tunnel, turn right.  Do not go up the ramp.  This means that you must take the right alongside the ramp, then go left and under the ramp, go left again and up the ramp on the other side. You are now on 93s.  Stay on 93s for approximately 1/2 mile until the exit for the Mass Turnpike (I 90).  Take the Mass Turnpike West for approximately 20 miles to exit 13. 

Take exit 13 to route 30 Natick-Speen Street (bearing to the left after toll). Follow exit around until it places you on route 30. Follow straight to light (about a quarter of a mile). Make a right on Speen Street. Follow  signs for route 9 east (Natick) and go east for approximately 1.5 miles.  The facility will be on the right in the Loehmann's Village complex.  Enter plaza and bear to the right. National Qualitative Network/Quick Test is on the right hand side. Travel time is approximately 45 minutes during normal traffic hours.
