Interviewers/Recruiters

An interviewer is Quick Test’s most critical employee.  The position requires the following basic skills:

·        Ability to read and write

·        Written and verbal communications skills

·        Energy, resilience, and being a team player

·        Desire to interact with people

·        Computer/typing skills a plus

A Quick Test/Heakin interviewer is expected to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.  Most offices offer a flexible schedule including day, night and weekend shifts.  Quick Test offers hourly rates ranging from $5.15 to $8.00 per hour.  The hourly rate is dependent on experience, skills, and market conditions. Some offices offer an incentive program that allows the interviewer to make more than the starting hourly wage.

All interviewers/recruiters are hired on the facility level. Please refer to the “locations” page for the Quick Test/Heakin facility closest to you.

Mystery Shopping

Quick Test/Heakin does not specifically hire Mystery Shoppers.  All applications for interviewing position are accepted in person at each facility. Please see the “locations” page for individual facilities.
