If you need help with something ask on the help board. Someone there will know what to do.

Bug reports are welcome.

Please don't email asking how to make a game like this - it is very complicated and can't be explained in an email.

Board moderators are not chosen based on email requests, so please don't ask.

Can you restore my deleted account?
Deleted accounts are removed entirely from our system - we cannot retrieve the information for your account. You will need to sign up a new account.

Me and my (brother, sister, friend, etc) use the same computer. If we play your game will we be removed for cheating?
Multiple accounts are not tracked through IP addresses, so you have nothing to worry about. As long as your two accounts aren't benefitting eachother you will not get in any trouble.

When I log in I receive an invalid referrer error. What is going wrong?
The problem is a firewall or proxy that you are running behind - it is removing the referrer header from your HTTP requests. To log in you will need to either disable the proxy/firewall or reconfigure it. You may want to seek your network admin's help on this one.

My account was hacked into and all my stuff has been sold. Can you get it back for me?
It is not possible for anyone to "hack" your account - they must have your password to enter. It is the responsibility of each account owner to ensure that their password remains a secret. As such, we do not reinstate anything lost to malicious users.

Can you delete my account?
We do not manually delete accounts - you must leave it idle for 10 days, at which point it will be removed from the database.

I accidentally bought a _________ instead of a _________. Can you undo my purchase?
Sorry, but we can't restore accidental purchases.

I accidentally allocated to _________ instead _________. Can you undo make the change?
Sorry, but we can't fix allocation mistakes.

I mistyped my email address when signing up, and now I can't get into my account. Can you change the email for me?
Sorry, but you'll either need to sign up a new account or wait three days for your current one to become available for signup.

________ is cheating. Can you remove them?
The game currently has many anti cheating measures in effect, which severly limits the extent to which one can cheat the system. Because of this, we don't need cheater reports.

Can I have _______ for free?
Sorry, we don't give away freebies to users. What is given to one must be given to all.

I would like to purchase _______, but don't have the money right now. Can I pay you in a week or two?
There are too many things that can go wrong if we give out "loans", so we've decided to avoid them completely.

I just signed up, but received no email from you. What should I do?
The first thing to do in this situation is use the retrieve lost password feature. This will send your login info to your email again. If this doesn't work you may have typed your email wrong, and should sign up a new account.
