· In-depth, Executive, Professional
In cases where a client has a highly specialized or well-targeted profile of people to interview, the OmniSource Group will use its database of prospective respondents to quickly and efficiently identify possible candidates. It will then go to the respondent to conduct a face-to-face interview-covering consumer, business-to-business, and political issues.
· Medical
The OmniSource Group has an experienced staff of medical interviewers in 25 locations across the country. Utilizing a database of 7000 physicians, the OmniSource Group conducts a wide variety of projects covering a number of specialties including name tests, diary studies, focus groups and other studies with general practitioners, cardiologists, rheumatologists and a wide variety of other specialties.
· Telephone
Telephone interviewing provides clients a quick way to penetrate a broad geographic coverage and get answers to the questions they need answered. The company specializes in quantitative research techniques using the latest advancements in call center technology. Services provided in telephone interviewing include CATI stations equipped with ACS Query, CfMC and Survey Craft, IVR, cross tabulations and open-end coding and in-house sampling techniques. Th computer interface to monitor project status, quality and results in a timely fashion.
· Internet
The OmniSource Group, through its affiliates can program and host your research project on the Internet. This is accomplished using multiple programming tools and names provided by you or secured by us through our research partners.
· InternetCAPI
Continuing our commitment to technology, the OmniSource Group has equipped its data collection facilities with Internet enabled computers. This network of computers allows us to conduct traditional research projects coupled with the advantage of delivering data directly to your, or our Internet affiliate's server.
· Mystery Shopping
The OmniSource group employs an extensive network of specialists for all of your mystery shopping or auditing needs. Our trained experts will travel within their immediate area, or if required, can make arrangements to travel to any destination you need to fulfill your project requirements.
· Project Management
One of the advantages of using the OmniSource Group is the availability of industry experts who can manage your entire project for you. This gives you one point of contact who will take you from the bid through delivery of data. Your project manager will monitor your study on a daily basis and keep you updated as required.
· CATI/CAPI Programming
If your project is best suited for the use of computer aided interviewing, the OmniSource Group can program it for you. We use several industry-standard software packages to create both CAPI and CATI programs. To assist clients who choose to program their own questionnaires, we are happy to field and, if necessary, manage the data collection for these studies as well.
· Coding and Tabulation
Whether you execute your study using the traditional paper and pencil or CAPI/CATI methodology, we are prepared to code open ended questions and produce data tables to your specifications. Results can be delivered electronically or in paper form.
